Second Chance Sweethearts

and the first line is….

One line… one line. Please, let it be one line.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Two former high school sweethearts and one growing secret … will they choose to love above all else?

Missy Clark left small town life and her first love when she went away to college. Five years later, she returns to Sun Valley with a secret that’s sure to tarnish her reputation.

Nate Dawson never stopped loving Missy when she left home. Answered prayers have brought her back into his life, but the consequences she bears may destroy their second chance at love.

Can these sweethearts regain the innocence of the past and find hope and healing in the Lord for their future?

This book was previously published as part of the First Street Church Kindle World under the title of Love’s Choice. It is now available as a standalone story for your reading pleasure.

  1. My book this week is Dead End by Nancy Mehl
Chief of Police Everett Sawyer stood over the body they’d just dug up in the old rail yard north of the city.

  2. Happy Friday! 🙂
I’m currently reading Dead End by Nancy Mehl. I’m halfway through and I’m loving it so much. I’m on chapter 23, so I’ll share from there:
“Before Noah and Kaely left the restaurant, Noah called Chief Sawyer and told him about the note given to Kenny.”
Hope you have a great weekend filled with awesome reading time. 😊❤📖

  3. Happy Friday! My first line is from “A Latte Difficulty” by Angela Ruth Strong:

“Black is a good color for coffee, not bridesmaid dresses.”

  4. Happy Friday! On my blog, I’m featuring A Love Most Worthy by Sandra Ardoin. Here, I will share my current read from the Seven Brides of South Dakota Series by Kari Trumbo. This is from Book 1, Dreams in Deadwood. The first line in Chapter 7—which is where I’m currently at—is “Boom drove Aiden to the outskirts of Deadwood, then bypassed the town and went around to a small area with what seemed like endless rows of tiny decrepit homes.” Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. Happy Friday!
Today on my blog I shared the first line from Before I Called You Mine by Nicole Deese but I just started reading The Joy of Falling by Lindsay Harrel so I’ll share the first line from chapter 3 here: “Few places reminded her more of Brent than the Saturday-morning farmers market.” Hope you have a great weekend with some quality reading time 🙂
