About the Book

My Thoughts
I started reading this series out of order and that makes me cringe. However, it also lets me know that each book can be read as a standalone and that brings immediate relief.
There is so much going on in this book, but not in a bad way. First, Jo is dealing with some personal issues. Oh how my heart broke for her. It wrapped around me and was one of the reasons I kept turning the pages. I had to know how it would resolve.
The second is the professional aspect. Jo’s a police detective and her case appears to be a copycat…or is it? I admit, I love reading books like that. I always want to try and figure out who did it and why. If I can’t guess correctly, I consider that a raging success. This book had me hoping in that department and made the read go by quickly.
All in all, I enjoyed my visit to the Reed family and look forward to reading the rest of them.

Diversity Between the Pages

I’ve read this one. It’s really well-done. I’ve also read some of Tyora’s other books. They were well worth reading. I’ve added her to my list of authors to read.
